Tuntuuko kuin olisi käsijarru päällä tutusta tai tuntemattomasta syystä? Oireiletko? Olisiko jo aika vapautua vanhasta? Vanhat tunnekokemukset voivat aiheuttaa monenlaisia oireita.
Traumahypnoterapia on alitajuista hoitoa alitajuisiinkin ongelmiin. Prosessiin kuuluu myös syvää ja lasertarkkaa valmennusta.
Asiakkaistani yli 50 % on käynyt pitkän psykoterapian pystymättä purkamaan traumojaan. Traumaa ei voikaan purkaa asiaa tiedostamalla tai keskustelulla, vaan se vaatii myös alitajuista hoitoa ja tunnepuolen prosessointia.
Minä en hoida oireita, vaikka oireet ovat arvokasta tietoa. Jos hoitaisin oireita, oire voisi poistua, mutta kohta tilalla olisi toinen oire. Oireiden sijaan keskityn asiakkaitteni kohdalla oireiden juurisyihin ja niiden vaikutuksesta vapautumiseen. Vain niin syntyy kestäviä tuloksia ja todellista muutosta.

Chronic anger is a trauma symptom, whereas being angry at times is a very natural emotion among all other emotions.
I don’t personally and professionally know a better way to release old anger than to:
1. Notice it.
2. Admit it’s there.
3. Don’t judge yourself for being angry.
4. Learn how to BE with your anger without getting reactive i.e. lashing out or hurting yourself or others.
5. The more you just are with your anger, noticing it and observing it, the more there will be release from it.
Often you just need to clear the root cause first.

🔸 No amount of talking will cure trauma, even though talking is good for the mind and the soul. It does feel good to have someone who listens and you can trust.

Many people minimize the impact of their childhood. It’s not helpful to anyone.
I often ask a new client:
”What words would best describe your childhood experience?”
Maybe 50% of my clients say ”good” or ”normal”.
After about five minutes they get into telling how they grew up in a dysfuctional home where there was, perhaps, emotional abuse, violence, substance abuse, a codependent mom or a very frightening dad.
There are vast examples, but you get the point. Most people experienced wounding stuff as children, and life happens to us all.
You’re afraid of questioning your parents and the bonds you’ve had with them till you grow hungry enough for healing.
Healing thrives on truth.
There’s no healing without you getting clarity on how you REALLY felt around your caretakers. What was the experience of the 4-year-old you? Did you feel loved – or abused and abandoned?

COMING ALIVE –
🔹 Not many people know how hard it’s been for me since my trip to the Amazon rainforest in December. (Now it’s already easier, but integration has been hard.)
🔸 I’m very glad I went, but after a demanding trauma retreat in the jungle, I had no idea it would take me many weeks to start to recover – and to figure out how I could live in my “old” life back in Finland.
🔹 What changed for me was my whole outlook on life. First I started giving away things I no longer needed: books, dishes, extra this and that. I needed space and simplicity.
🔸 I’ve also been returning to senders anything that carries low punches, negativity, or ill intent:
“Sorry, I don’t have use for that anymore. Here’s my boundary for you.”
(Life often tests you when there’s a dawn of a new beginning!)
🔹 I’ve been wide open to letting go of what no longer works for me. I’ve been hungry for peace and quiet. Also more than ever, I’m dedicated to helping people release trauma through trauma hypnotherapy – because it works in such a beautiful way.
